So week 1 day 1 complete. Managed all the runs and found it very tough as I’ve never run before! Hoping it gets easier over time! 😄😄

You get stronger.... much stronger! Keep it slow and steady and take those rest days.... some extra exercise on rest days, non impact,, swim, or cycle, or walk, or do yoga..your stamina has to build as does your strength!

It really does get easier . This was me only 5 weeks ago and today I ran 20 mins non stop . Ull do this . Slow and steady xx

WTG Kat... I'm only on week 1 myself .. so know exactly how you feel, keep up the good work, such a great achievement, the first steps are the hardest , I am sure you will smash the rest of the week, only another two to go 👍👍👍
