You may think you've never been able to run before, but if you've already completed W1R2 then I know you've already run at least 15 times in the last few days. It may not have been for long, it may not have been very far, and it may not have been very fast, but you ran.

Don't worry too much about the weeks and runs to come, focus on the one you're doing now and remember the ones you've already completed.

You got this!

Hi Heidihedgehog, trust in this fantastic app & brilliant supportive forum. May seem daunting looking at future weeks but you’re basing it on your current fitness. The app builds progress each week based on the previous week. Your fitness will improve. It’s ok to repeat runs but try to progress each week.

At times you’ll struggle but keep posting on this forum & you will get plenty of great advice & support. Welcome to your running journey & your renewed fitness. 😊👍

I'm W1.2 as well, but I'm not thinking about the weeks ahead. Just taking it one step at a time, just doing what Laura tells me!
