Can I ask did you 3 find week5 run 2 ok? I've just done run 2 and it was hard!

I missed the second 8 mins by 15 secs and yes I found Run 2 really hard but everyone on here said go for I and I did - (beautiful morning and shady sandy trails through Shouldam Warren helped) and you know what - it felt Ok! Last 2 mins were hard (it was uphill) but it felt good. Go for it I say.

Slow down then :) That is all it takes... :)

I must admit I did find week 5 run 2 a toughie but I honestly think for run 3, knowing you're going to run for 20 mins is a mind set thing. You can and will do it! Just pace yourself, slow down if you need to, make sure you have some good tunes to lose yourself in and go for it! Good luck!

Slow and steady is the only way to get through each week and enjoy it too!

Well done... make sure you feel better before you head on... you are ready for the sun and keep it slow and steady :)
