Been a bit stressy all day with all the covid news and needing to make a decision about whether to not go on holiday at the end of next week. Would lose my cash if I don’t go or risk getting stranded if I go etc etc as it’s all changing so quickly ☹️.
My head is feeling calmer after my 20 min run - I’ve a few days to decide .....
The impact of running on our physical and mental health should put us in a much better place in these uncertain times than we would be ‘on the couch’ - I’m glad to be back running (even if I often don’t particularly enjoy it until the end)

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, running should help all of us here on C25K and Bridge210k than sitting on a couch, that is if we can get out for a run judging by some of the news I have heard today, we might have to sit on the couch.
Onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran.
What a pickle you must be in. Glad you felt the benefit of your run. I'll second AlMorr. Don't take your next run for granted. I found it extremely difficult and I'm cot sure I've recovered from it yet. I'm going to repeat my run 2 of week 7 which I didn't feel comfortable with. I hope you get sorted re the hols and enjoy your next run!
Hello Crittermad, well done completing week 5 run. It certainly does helps with both our physical and psychological health to keep active and blow the old cobwebs away if we can., thank goodness for treadmills 🤔
Similar situation to yourself regards holidays, its a UK holiday but we currently undecided wether to go next week but monitoring the news
