.....I'll be repeating it (or some of it, at least).
Don't know what happened today.
It could be that I tried dynamic stretching for the first time before this run - I was bloody exhausted before I got out the door..!! π°
It could be that this was my first morning run - I'm not designed for even talking in the morning, let alone pulling on my big girl pants and running..!! π
I feel shattered and am really aching (a LOT more than normal), and I didn't have that post run 'buzz' today - more like a post run 'meh' π
So, week 3, here I come again.
I'd much rather be able to cope with a bit of gentle plodding and gain the ability to 'enjoy' it instead of pushing myself and turn it into a horrible chore.
Well done to everyone who mastered week 3 this week..!! π€

I had this the other day...couldnt figure out what on earth was wrong with me!!!next morning i woke up full of cold!!!maybe you are fighting something off or coming dowm with something x
I did wonder if that's the case. I had the real stinker a few weeks ago (as has everyone in the country I think) and it took a long time to leave. Someone at work is germ ridden at the moment, and he does like to share..!! π€§ Hoping it is just a bad day.
Well done on completing week 3. Question for you, did you finish the run properly? Did you run all the intervals? If so, please don't be so hard on yourself. If you have completed all 3 sessions in week 3 then move on. Not every session is an enjoyable one but it doesn't mean that it wasn't a success
Yes, I run when I'm told to and walk when I'm told to and finished everything I should have (the OCD in me can't rebel against the programme) π
I'm not a particularly active person, never have been, and I've always avoided the dreaded 'running' π± I think my body is actually asking my brain what the hell was it thinking when it decided this was a good idea π
Thatβs amazing work!! Youβre doing really well. Iβll keep with my original post of saying to move on. But itβs your journey so you can do whatever you please. But you can do it if you do move on x
