I'm a teeny tiny bit chuffed with myself tonight. Oh OK, I'm actually super duper chuffed with myself.
I've just finished run 3 of week one today and I'm actually relatively unscathed 🤔. In fact I have surprised myself because I felt that I could have run for longer than the 60 seconds which is something I couldn't have done at the beginning of the week. I wasn't even watching to see when the runs were due to end. That is a first for me. Ever. I'm also a little concerned that I am looking forward to starting week two. This is not who I am! 😂

Yay! Congrats! I've just started week 5 and it's shocking how it really does build up stamina. You should be chuffed it's a hell of an achievement! Keep it up, you're doing great!
Wow well done on getting to week 5. That is amazing progress! At the moment I just can't imagine getting that far but having read so many wonderful ans inspirational posts in this group, the power of their positivity spurs me on!
