Hey folks!
So today I completed run 3 of week 3. So far so good! I have always had trobles with side stitches when running even for few seconds, but after asking advice here I started drinking loads of water and I must say it has improved!
If I used get a cramp, I used to get so frustrated and the whole run was ruined.
Can't wait to get to be able to do 10 minutes!
