Week 3 in the bag!

Hey folks!

So today I completed run 3 of week 3. So far so good! I have always had trobles with side stitches when running even for few seconds, but after asking advice here I started drinking loads of water and I must say it has improved!

If I used get a cramp, I used to get so frustrated and the whole run was ruined.

Can't wait to get to be able to do 10 minutes!

Good running Laura... enjoy week 4... 10 will come... 30 isn’t far away either! You’re doing great out there. Good hydration is helping, and it sounds like you’re enjoying yourself, which is only gonna help.
