W4 R3 - completed - hurrah!!

First 5 minute run hard - 2nd one bizarrely easier (relatively speaking - i.e. not easy but doable).

Think I'm going to invest in hi viz - as it's getting dark quick.

So next is W5 😕. I'm still surprised at how motivated I feel and I actually want to go out running. Who'd have thought??

Hi vis fluoro the way to go.... it certainly encourages me to run. Week 5 well done you for staying the course

It gets dark quick. Think my running stuff has reflective strips. But the speed I'm going people might think it's a traffic bollard!!!
