Finally finished week 4 and it feels good!!

A very sweaty run tonight as it seems to be quite humid over here in the east but I thoroughly enjoyed it! And I'm starting to feel stronger and dare I say it, faster?!!

Bring on week 5 πŸƒπŸƒπŸƒπŸŽ‰πŸ‘πŸ»

Well done. I'm on my 2nd run of week 4. Finally feel like my breathing is starting to ease up. Not gasping the way I was.

Aww that's fab Lisa, reading how far you've come has given me hope, as I'm quite fearful that I'm not going to be able to run more than 3 mins. Need to do run 2 of wk 3, but time is not on my side and even worse since finishing the 10,000 steps, lol.

Chuffed for you and glad you feel you're improving too. You have motivated me x πŸ˜ŠπŸ‘

Nothing to fear hun, you've just done the 10000 step challenge and that's pretty amazing so these runs are definitely doable for us both! I know what you mean about time, it seems ever lacking at the moment so tonight's run was squeezed into a quiet moment!!

You'll be just fine on your next run πŸ˜€πŸ‘πŸ»πŸƒπŸƒ x

Well done! It was really hot and uncomfortable out there! You did it though!

Don't bother about faster! Just go slow and steady. Better safe than languishing on the injury couch! Slow is fine. All you have to do is finish each session. Nothing more

it's fun. Enjoy yourself and good luck

Yes your totally right misswobble I definitely don't need any injuries! It's weird how I get a feeling of freedom and I can do anything whilst I'm out there doing it....it's a shame I can't get that feeling in every day life!!

Well it does tend to spill over into other areas of your life, just wait and see x

Meanwhile, keep plugging away, slow but sure and enjoying those runs. I loved it too. Mind you I was dogged by injuries, two of which were nothing to do with running mind you. So, going steady is key to finishing in one piece.

Have fun out there!
