Was dreading it, to be honest. I'd had a quiet day in, trying to keep cool. The last thing I wanted was to go for a run. But, my "other self" dragged me out there, and I did it. Not as "tiring" as W4R2 and I actually enjoyed it. I've read that W5 & W6 are eye openers. Let's see!! Good weekend, all

Well done you! Not always easy to get out there...but great when we do.
The next runs are different, but you will be ready for each and every run. There would be little point to the plan if it did not vary the runs and timings. We are, after all learning about all the disciplines in our runs.
Historically, there have been scary posts by folk..thankfully those have disappeared... just relax, slow and steady as you are now and believing yourself.
