Running in the rain tonight

It's run 3 of week 1 for me and I need to do it tonight. I'm working late tomorrow then out on Friday and hubby is away on Saturday so I need to go tonight.....but it's pouring with rain. Yuck!! Need to crack on and do it though because I know if I don't go tonight it'll be the start of the slippery slope!

It is just wet... hot shower afterwards.. slow and steady.. sorted!

Well I made it. Totally soaked to the skin but turned the shower up extra hot afterwards to warm myself up. Now sitting down to a plate of pasta with spicy sausage ragu. Yum!

The ragu was quite tangy, first time I've made it. Even got some left for lunch tomorrow - bonus
