5.30 woke up head banging aching all over but knew I had to do this today
Went out at 550 thinking I'm mad lol
Half way around my headache seems better , but by 5th 1 min run my knee was killing but I've got to say I carried on & that's another day done . I really hope it gets easier 😂

Yayyy you did it well done, wouldn't say it gets easier but your body will start to feel better, trust the programme, listen to your body and go slow and steady, good luck your doing great 😀
The first run of the week is always a challenge in my experience. I found it helped me to approach that run in particular with extra respect. Good job. Rest up now!
Well done. You're getting there. One day we'll look back at our own posts and have a good laugh. Then admire how far we've come.
You did well. My first run I could not do all of them and walked the last couple of runs. The third run was definitely easier than the first but then the next week pushes you harder. Follow the mantra slow and steady it will make the knees easier .. especially try not to bounce.
Hey you did fine, but watch out for that knee and you did better than I ever could with a headache I always find the pounding of my feet made my head worse. The general mantra is aching is okay , but pain no way. So keep an eye on your knee and good luck for Run 3
