Congratulations... and wow, graduation wouldnβt be the run I first went outside for... amazing job today. Celebrate well, enjoy some nice relaxed consolidation and all your future running adventures
Itβs very different... but hey, you can do it! Took me a long while to get used to the opposite transition, I could run 2 hours outdoors and my best on the treadmill was still 5 minutes π€£
Well done! I swapped from the treadmill to outside at Week 5 and found it much more tiring. To complete 30 minutes straight off is, in my opinion, amazing! I love running outside now. I did my 30 mins on the treadmill today because of the rain and I nearly died of heat and boredom ππ
I have v little confidence but after weight loss surgery a year ago and now 6 stone lighter I run outside ( with my music and the app blaring loudly through my headphones) itis still scary but so rewarding once completed! If I can anyone can ππππββοΈ
Congratulations Jessidan, ππ»ππ»π ππ running outside is so much better, sounds like youβll be outside for your Consolidation runs from now on π
Many many congratulations. I agree 100% with Frizzbomb. Outside running is way better. Although Iβm ready for todayβs run and I can see itβs very windy here. Yesterday? Torrential rain. Some days inside just works. Happy happy running Jessidan. Youβve got this ππ₯³
Congratulations π₯³ an inspiring story to someone who is about to start week 4 and is 4 stone overweight and wishing I could hide in my house on a treadmill. Keep it up π
Well done, you must feel great. Itβs definitely harder running outside, so again well done. I went back to a treadmill on Saturday after months of running in the park. Found it annoying. Back to the park for me!
