OMG. I actually did it!!!!

Feeling very smug. Just done day one of week 2 and actually did it as prescribed. I’d said to my husband/running companion/water bottle carrier, that I would run as much of the three minutes as I could then walk the rest and keep doing so until I could run the whole three minutes (and do the week properly). But I did it first time!!!! I actually feel like I may be able to do this!!!!! (Still run slower than I walk though)

Well done! Of course you can do this :-) The plan eases you from week to week and if you can do run three one week you can do run 1 the next. It might not be easy, but it is doable. Keep on going :-)

Don't think about speed at all for now. C25K is about how many minutes you run for. Time in the future to think about pace or distance.

You will be able to do this..........why do you have doubts?

It is a superbly structured training plan for non runners, where you are in control and you progress at your own pace.

Well done.

You can do it, Running is as much in the head as the legs.. the programme increases your stamina bit by bit, so each run is doable. And slow running is perfect, you can speed up later in the plan when your coach asks you to try!
