Yay! I started it! Yesterday I did my first run 1, week 1. Not a massive achievement for some but it is for me. 4 months after a huge surgery and I’ve started it.

Run two is tomorrow!

Any tips, advice, always grateful x

Great stuff Becca! The first run is a big one as is the first step, specially if you’ve not done it and you’ve also been recovering from surgery. So congratulations for doing it and keep going !

you’ll feel great once you look back and see what you achieve each week! Just one a run at a time ... one foot in front of the other

Amazing Becca! The fact that you started this incredible journey is a massive achievement. All I would say is believe in this programme, it works. I'm on Wk6 and amazed that I can run the distances and times I'm doing. What I took from this amazing group of people on this forum is; slow and steady, you got this!
