Advice please

I'm really enjoying this programme and have stuck rigidly to it. But I accidentally ran w6r2 instead of r1 on Friday. Was OK. I'm now looking forward to running this evening, shall I do the run again or run week 3. Any advice would be very welcome.

Well your choice of course....but I do remember, an awesome friend on the forum, a lady who graduated only yesterday, quirkybee .... did a similar thing... she missed runs... and realised , straight afterwards,...so, bless her, she did them all and then carried on again... just so she knew she had completed every single run:)

I've been reading quirkybee, she seems a fine running example, so I'll do w6r1 so I don't miss any either. 👍

I think I did exactly the same thing........swap them round, repeat or move on..........best not to move on........you don't want to miss a run, do you?
