Couch to 5K

Week 9 here I come

Hi, I'm a latecomer to the forum, didn't find it until week5. Since then I've been quietly stalking posts and getting motivation from the stories here. As I approach the final week I thought I'd add mine in case it might help someone else.

I came to C25K because I have had bouts of depression/anxiety pretty much all my adult life. I was looking of a way to try to get on top of my mental health and I have found it really works on many levels. Even though it can still be a struggle to get out there I now look forward to the feeling I know I will get post run. Can't beat it!

Looking forward to completing this week🎓

Yes I'm finding that running helps both the physical and mental well being, let us know how you go on with week 9
