Feeling great w4r3 done ..Looking forward to the week ahead ...Think this is when my stamina and endurance will come into play ...What a great program this is ...It has changed me so much ..Thank you for encouragement and support ..Will let you know how I go 😊😊😊

Hi miss wobble ..I am due to start wk5 tomorrow ..I am addicted to running now I love it ...But in saying that the super hard challenges are up ahead ...Every run has been a challenge .Right enough ....But a bit apprehensive about wk5r3 just as most are ..I will keep posting ....I tell everyone about c25k now 😊

Just go very slowly. There is absolutely no hurry. πŸ˜ƒ. Slow running builds legs. As does the rest day πŸ˜ƒπŸ‘πŸƒβ€β™€οΈ
