I did it 🤗 much better than my last run! Do think I could walk faster than I ran today though.....

Hey Hanfel , how did it go this morning?

What was it about the 25-min run that was a real struggle for you? Was it purely the length of time? Or were there other things contributing to that struggling feeling?

Look forward to hearing about your run! :-)

I think it was too warm for me and I was pushing myself too hard- slowed down today and great Irish weather so think that helped! Thanks For the support 🤗

Loved it! Was so much easier than my last run. The rain and wind helped I think as well as running even slower- worried now will never make 5k as today was 3.68 k in 35mins.... trying to stay positive and focus on how far I’ve come. Struggled to run 2.5 mins a few weeks ago and now I’m running 25 without stopping!!!!
