Week 7 here I come! ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜

Just completed w6 - canโ€™t believe I actually ran for 25 mins and even speeded up for last 60 seconds (snail to tortoise ๐Ÿ˜‚)

Wasnโ€™t looking forward to it and the first 10 minutes were the hardest but then I started to feel better and started to enjoy it. Felt quite emotional around about 23 minutes and could feel myself welling up!! This is huge for me Iโ€™m so happy right now ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜

Thank you ! Have to say that all the encouragement and support has made a massive difference to me. Iโ€™ve never been able to stick at any kind of exercise before but reading the responses to my posts and reading about others experiences is hugely uplifting and has certainly kept me going.
