Got very anxious about this one but it wasn't a problem particularly. Got a few things on my mind and it always helps to exercise them away a bit. So looking forward to the next two and and towards Week 4. It was much cooler today so no big red face for a change. So I am feeling chuffed. What helped in the last bit was thinking of some of you lot running along with me. It kind of took my mind off the niggly knee. Good luck to all ye Week 3 folks and upcoming Week 2ers. We'll be a third of the way through soon! YAY!

Take care of your knee and I am sure the rest of W3 will be fine. It's a nice foundation week this one I always felt that once I had moved into running for minutes, that was a big thing. Good luck to you and happy running
