Just come back from the last run of week 1 I actually enjoyed it today and felt like I made a bit of progress not sure if I will be able to do week 2 but I’m finding the fear factor is a mind barrier that I have to keep pushing through!! Will give it a go to the best of my ability I can already feel a difference. I have also discovered the power plate in the gym bliss on aching calves xx

There's a power plate at my gym that I want to try but I haven't seen anyone else using it so that I can sneak some tips lol

Only at that point will I give it a go - don't want to fall off it - looks precarious!!!

I’ve done so much research on it online have a look it shows you what to do there seems to be so many health benefits to it . It’s really interesting the science behind it x

Really well done. I remember being amazed at the difference in how I felt between run 3 and run 1 of week 1.

You can do this!

😀

Congrats on completing week 1 👏👏

Take week 2 slow and steady and you will be fine, I always feel that the next week will be a struggle but you know what, I surprise myself every week and so will you 😊 keep a positive attitude and you'll soon be posting that you've smashed week 2 👊

Good luck, were right behind you all the way 👍
