Week 3, run 1 - Done! :)

I was really nervous about this run! Doubling the time seemed quite daunting... well I loved it! Every minute (even almost choking on a fly)! It was the first time I ran in a t-shirt and had to carry my phone - which I actually didn't mind!

I had drank a lot of water during the day and eaten quite healthily so I think maybe that helped?!

I'm looking forward to the next one now, hope the weather is as nice as it is tonight :)

This song got me through, repeated it on the running sections!

  • It was Day 1 of Week 3 for me too :-) and I loved it! So surprised as I had struggled in previous weeks. But yes! I can do three minutes :-)
