Well have completed Week 1 today (yay!) But legs felt really 'tight' around groin today (tmi?) and I am worried about how I'll be able to step up to 90 seconds of running at the weekend!
Also wondering how to work rest days. Do you guys just run in alternate days or do you put a two day break in somewhere to make a week?

I asked the same question and if you feel ok and your body is telling you to just have 1 rest day then have a rest day and start WK2 the day after a rest day.
If not, then be kind to yourself and take an extra rest day, I did this on WK2 and did feel a little guilty but ultimately it was the right choice for me as I felt much more refreshed and I enjoyed the run a whole lot more.

I was worried about week 2 too. Just ran it this morning and to be honest not much different to week one. I just run when I can around my work but leave a day To rest between runs.
