Made it to Week 4!

Made it! After pulled muscles in my calf and my back I managed week 4 run 1 yesterday. Finding it hard to believe I ran for a total of 16 minutes. Let's see if I can do it again tomorrow :)

Hello Julia, I'm at W1D3 and running for 16 minutes seems a long way away for me. Thanks for your post - inspirational

Belief is the key and becomes ever more important as you progress, so hang on to it.

Hey Julia if you're coming back from injury it may be worth considering another days rest before doing the next one? But if you felt fine, then go for it. But that's a great job done after having pulled muscles.
