Week 4, smashed it!!!

Tonight I went out for my first evening run in the dark!! After a 9 hour shift at work it was pretty tricky, but I did like seeing all the Christmas lights in my neighbourhood!

This week started out pretty tough but after three runs I've definitely seen an improvement and that's keeping me going. Bring on week 5!! πŸ’ͺ

Well done you. You’re nearly halfway through the programme and it sounds like you’re starting to enjoy it. You’ll be hooked before too long. πŸ˜€πŸ‘πŸ½

I skipped my run on Monday because it was my birthday, and I didn't want to take 3 days off so it was definitely an achievement yesterday!! Hehe

Good for you . Well done. I’ve not been up Knob Hill to check out the lights at the big houses. It’s on my to-do list All the houses in a row with big bay windows where every house has their tree, all lit with the same white lights. Very posh but gorgeous. Gonna run past and ogle πŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸŽ„πŸŽ„πŸŽ„πŸŽ„

Oh that sounds lovely!! Makes the dark runs a bit more exciting for sure! We've only got a few up around at the moment, but I'm hoping each time I go out there will be new ones to look at!
