Went for a slow 2 mile trot this evening with running gal pal. Got an enormous thumbs up and grin from a bloke running the other way. Nice. Took my mind off my swollen arm for a few minutes. (I think I was bitten by something at parkrun on Saturday. It has come up in a massive red blotchy weal. Not any worse today so I am hoping it has peaked.)
