Too hot to trot!

Well, just completed week 7 run 3, went as late in the evening as I could and it was still boiling hot!

A few days later than scheduled to allow my heel to recover from the last run. and unfortunately it was my first time running ‘solo’ - my son hurt his toe (kicking a trampoline) so couldn’t run but came along on his pushbike to keep me company.

Felt really strange being the only one running!

We left it as late as we could but our route is round the park and I don’t like it too late in the evening. May have to come up with an alternative in case we get a nice summer! 🌞

Good to see your back out again! Sorry to hear your son has an injury! Well done in the heat! 👏

Thanks 😄 he was cycling past the trampoline in our small back garden with no shoes on - a recipe for disaster 😂

Ouch! At least he kept you company on your run & got some excercise!

Well done for getting back out. I go early so today was warm but ok, no wind which was great. If I left it till later, I’d probably not get out at all.
