Just too hot to trot

I had planned on running tonight at 8:30 but it is 29 degrees!! I haven’t missed a run since I started but I’m too hot and too tired even if I wore all 3 ice towels!! 😱😡🕶🌞💤.

Ugh. I don't blame you, I've ditched my plans as well Jelon - it's the same here in Essex, can't bring myself to do it, but itching to try the ice towel (or 3!🤣) Early start at work tomorrow but will do my best to get out ultra early!

It’s toooooo hot 😅 you’d have to be wrapped in an ice cube to run in this! looks like cooler weather is on its way Saturday and Sunday so we’ll all be out then 😃😃

Way too hot for me too! With Flaraflarkin, i’m another Essex girl...it’s still 23 degrees at 10.20! Worried about being very out of condition, but will just go back a step or two to build it up!!! Keep cool. 👍👍👍

I love this weather but it's definitely not good for running in! I've done every run at 5:30am, always nice and cool and seeing the sunrise while I'm out is pretty cool. Good luck! 👍🏻
