Completed my week3 run1 today. This run is shorter than previous week, although ran 2X3 min runs.. the complete run lasted around 22 minutes?? Is this right or app on my phone acting funny?

is I the app or the podcasts ? the app does some weird shit like lagging and freezing sometimes
God how bad am I..? I did w3r1 tonight but didn't notice the time, I shove my phone in my bumbag and spend all my time counting my breathing in and out..? But I honestly felt that I hadn't done enough or something was missing as it was only 2 reps of 2..? Will check properly next time though..? Would you mind if I followed you..? I don't have a run buddy and really didn't want to go out & run tonight; although I love the feeling I get when I've completed each run & I was dreading this one..! Sometimes I just need a little motivation to jiggle me along.. Jane x

This really confused me too. Because I'm not a confident runner and W3R1 seemed easier than I anticipated, I thought I must have had a mental blank and misses an interval or something!
I'm sure there was only a 3 minute warm down walk at the end of the podcasts though?
Just checked and although she does say "you have another 3 minutes now to warm down" there are 5 minutes left on the track, so it is a full half hour if you keep running until after she stops talking and not when the music stops.
Yep.. I did my run2 yesterday and was 27 mins long.. although shorter than weeks 1 and 2. Going for my run 3 tomorrow..
