Congratulations! 🥳 From here on in it gets easier and you’ll be amazed how quickly you improve. I didn’t manage the first run on my first attempt but two runs later it was much easier.

Yay! Well done! You've done the hardest run in the whole of C25K. Over the next few weeks you'll probably choose to repeat runs or even whole weeks (I certainly did) but nothing compares to getting out the door for that first run and you've done it! You should be so proud of yourself. 😊🏃♀️💪
