So I just completed the first run on week one, I feel proud of myself at one or maybe a few points I honestly didn’t think I would do it but I did and I must say feel much better. #thisgirlcan 💪🏻🏃🏼‍♀️

Brilliant, that feeling when you have completed each run is quite addictive!

That’s what I hoping for. That this feeling makes me get off my lazy arse and do it.

Lots of useful and essential stuff there. Can you imagine how good it feels to run thirty minutes non stop?

This programme will get you ready for that. Take your rest days, drink lots of water and have lots of fun on the journey.

Congratulations! 🥳 From here on in it gets easier and you’ll be amazed how quickly you improve. I didn’t manage the first run on my first attempt but two runs later it was much easier.

Good luck! 🤞

It was hard and I kept getting stitch when I starting running it but just breathed through it

Yay! Well done! You've done the hardest run in the whole of C25K. Over the next few weeks you'll probably choose to repeat runs or even whole weeks (I certainly did) but nothing compares to getting out the door for that first run and you've done it! You should be so proud of yourself. 😊🏃‍♀️💪

Thank you, I’m so proud of myself I honestly wouldn’t have done it,if it wasn’t for this app and all the encouragement from everyone.

Great job. I’d say it’s a few point you should be proud of yourself for, there’s many victories in each run. Enjoy run 2
