Never thought I would feel the need to write a post myself, I've just enjoyed reading the encouragement until now....but I have just run 20mins and I need to tell someone!

On another note, do other runners find their music seems to know what to play at just the right time? At the 15min mark 'I will survive ' came on mine...and I did!

Ha! That happened to me yesterday. It didn’t dawn on me though until almost too late. I was feeling it and almost at the end of my run when I realised George Ezra was singing Keep on Going! 😂

Well done on the milestone run.

Hang onto that belief but don't get cocky.......... W6R1 catches many out.

Music helps me loads! I love it when Taylor Swift ‘Shake it off’ comes on the playlist - the lyrics are just brilliant for a runner.

I choose music beforehand if I’m running alone, so I pretty much know what I’ll end on, and my tracking app has a power song button if I need a boost.

Great job running 20 minutes... that was impossible a few short weeks ago. Enjoy the teaser that starts week 6 and the rest of your journey.
