I know I'm not the only one who was struggling to run today especially. Big high fives to all those who've gone and run anyway, however it went for you. Better than all those days at the couch-end of C25K.
Been v depressed this week, so didn't go out as hoped yesterday (or do any rest-day exercise ... ) - but pushed myself into my shoes and out the door this evening (complete with neon legwarmers for visibility). Totally expected a massive practice run, but clearly my legs decided they were going to achieve something today, so they did. Trainer was a bit quiet - switched from Jo to Sanjeev because for some reason the app wasn't working with Jo, and he didn't say much (or was it still not working!). But that just meant more listening to my new favourite running music, Craig Charles' funk and soul show. Just the thing for a sweaty evening run.
Running and great music - what an escape. Week 6 Run 2, can't believe it's done!

Well done on getting out, depression can be a dark and lonely place , running is a great escape , with all the fresh air , fitness and definitely has that feel good factor about it! Good luck with your last couple of weeks 😊
Oh fresh air is optimistic - I noticed last night how bad it smells around here! I stayed near main roads because of the darkness rather than the park and quiet roads I usually use, and it really stank! But it could be worse and they say on balance it's still better to be exercising (unless you're surrounded by diesel buses and taxis perhaps).
Thanks for the good luck. Can't believe it's coming up on 2/3 done!
