Really wasn't feeling the love for a run today I tried putting on my running clothes and trainers but just couldn't get out the door ended up pottering in the garden until my daughter came home from work and offered to go with.... I nearly fell over.... she's 21 fit.ish she's a fully qualified voluntary cheerleading coach for children age 5-8in her spare time but very rarely home what with work coaching boyfriend social life etc etc ... so we set off on our warm up walk chatting away about this n that and generally catching up and I explained about the run/walk times n slow n steady pace and before I knew it Run time was upon us..... and I still didn't want to run I was enjoying the conversation and me time with my baby... but off we went slow and steady first run 3 min... it was over in a flash n back to walk time.... "Wow mum u was running" she said I have to admit I was a little bit proud of myself and chuckled away and said you wait till we do the next run it's for 5 whole minutes and I go slower than a 🐢tortoise .... it's good to see your daughter laugh ....and then off we went again for the next run and next walk and next run etc etc 33 min later cool down walk complete we was home puffing n panting with our heads in the fridge for a cold bottle of water n heading into the garden to do our stretching. Needless to say I was as red as a London bus and puffing n panting like an old steam train but Yay I've completed W4 with no Gremlins......whilst I enjoyed the run with my daughter I do think it was a one off company run due to her other commitments but hey thank you C25K what a memory to have and to hold and what a daughter to ensure I got out the door! 💖

Running will create thousands of new experiences and memories.

You never thought of that when you started.

Well done.

Thank you IT ... I can't say I did think of that I shall look forward to it 😁x

Brilliant stuff and how lovely you had a gremlin kicking angel arriving at your door, when you needed it most! Good luck with next time out
