Well today I did my last run of week 4 and went great. No pains....no heavy legs...just smooth run. I actually got into the last 5 min run so much I wanted to do more as felt so in control!! But need to keep sticking to the program!! a few weeks ago if someone told me I would run for 5 mins - I would think straight away of me puffing and panting!!!
Loved it...Bring on week 5!...i'm coming after you......
(Pic is me on the wall of our holiday home and my wife on the bottom of the steps, and my 2 kids in the sea and a random family!)
Keep safe all

Well done! I have just finished week 5 and I kept thinking back to my first few runs and how impossible it seems I would be able to run for so long! Now I look ahead excited, knowing my body is capable. Lovely picture!
thank you - i just done another run, (will post in a minute) and loved it. They certainly get harder....and i never thought in my life i would get this far ! keep it up too.....brilliant.
Well done, I am struggling with W4, managed it once and nearly killed me!! Haven't done it since, missed 2 weeks of runs because of holiday and not feeling well, another person on forum suggested doing 3min run walk for 2mins and repeat again 3 times which gives me 12 mins running time instead of 16mins for W4. Was able to do that yesterday so might repeat this a couple of times before attempting W4 again. I find such a big jump from running 3 mins to 5 mins so you have done great. By the way when I say run I really mean slow jog lol. Good luck with W5
thank you ! keep it up too....if you need to go back - do so, and keep going forward in your own time. Doing it is better than doing nothing at all.....keep it up.
