So pleased that my knee is now pain free. I decided to try a short run this morning, 2 weeks after my last. I took it so slow and kept it short. 5 min warm up walk, 13 min SLOW run followed by 9 minute walk home. It was hard to stop because I felt fit enough to carry on but sensibly I know I need to build up the runs gradually so I don't put stress on my knee. Was worried it might aggravate it but so far I am still pain free. Looking forward to the next run on Monday π
