Last week (W11) - update

After rather successful week 10 that unfortunately finished with knee pain, I did only 2 runs last week:

Mon - 10 min (1.36k) to check my knee - it felt fine

Thur - 2x 10 min (around 2.5k) - very pleasurable, easy run that I really loved. I ran along canal at dusk. The path was not the easiest, woth some uneven surfaces, and soft areas full of leaves, but was much nicer (also for my knee) than pavement. I decided to go easy with my knee and not to stretch it to 3x or 4x 10 min. Easy. It's no race. Healthy first!

Plan my next run tomorrow. Even though I started to fell (no pain) my knee during today's short walk with me dog.

Enjoy your runs and rest days!

Good sensible week there. It’s certainly not a race, it’s a liberating and fun way of staying fit and healthy, well done.

Not sure I can enjoy the rest days but I run tomorrow 😂. Speed session 😱 intervals too 😱 but it’ll be ok when it’s done 🍷

I loved intervals. Can't wait to be confident enough with my knee to go back to it ;)

In that case when you get back out there you can have my intervals and I’ll do your run 😂

Thank you so much! I try not to push too hard and not to let go at the same time. Hard to balance on the boarder.

It must be tricky! Keep doing what you feel is right! It’s definitely working so far! 🤩🙌
