Hoping to get out for my first run of week 7 tonight. Felt pleased but pretty dreadful after my last 25 minuter, but am hoping that was just my body not being used to it! Will heed all the great advice I was given on here - slower, slower, slowest, distraction techniques and chunking it up. Hoping it will feel easier.

Well SLOW is the answer. It's so damned easy to press the "TONK" button and go too fast. I am ALWAYS going too fast (and I'm an old timer graduate) and I have to remember the words of JUJU who says "GO STEADY". Just those two words ringing in your brain will do the trick. Have fun ANTET! You can do this!

I went steady and it was great today - felt so much better and had more stamina. Thanks for your encouragement 😀

Glad it went well. You will never go wrong by going slower and steadier...

Definitely felt stronger on this second 25 min run. Felt really good at the end and v pleased. Thanks for egging me on 😀
