Used to be an avid runner but due to injury haven't done anything since January. Started 2 weeks ago and just started week 3 this week and struggling! Cannot seem to see the end in sight!

Sooks, if you used to be an avid runner, you know sometimes runs can be rubbish for all sorts of reasons. I found in W3 it seemed to be something serious and that I needed to focus just that little bit more. Honestly, W3 is a good foundation for the rest of the programme. Running in your head helps running in your legs, so maybe take a day extra of rest, put on your trainers, tell the gremlins in your head to shut up, kick the couch for good measure and go out the door. Good luck next time out

Okay... so, you know you can do this:)

Slow and steady is the way... take each run gently... try to relax into the runs and enjoy each slow step...focus on why you want to do this, think how far you have come already... and squish the gremlins with every step of your next run!

You can do this :)
