Well started week 3 this evening and what a shock to the system running for 3 minutes!! I can actually say that it wasn't that bad I got through. Could never have done that at the beginning already seeing an improvement! Next session on Wednesday. X
Week 3!!: Well started week 3 this evening and... - Couch to 5K
Week 3!!

Hi. I did Week 2 run 3 yesterday so my next run will be week 3. I’m hoping to do it tomorrow. How many rest days do you normally have between runs?

Slow and steady and well done you
Hi thank u oldfloss how are you getting on? X
I am good.. still slow and still steady and into my HM training
Sorry what is HM training? X
Half Marathon
Wow well done! I'm not sure how I'm even going to do 5k let alone HM!! Go you xx
I have been running for a while Graduated in 2015
I am taking my time... I am an old snail
You will get there... slow and steady is the way... it gets us to the most amazing places
Awesome! It's a good feeling! Week 1 I was trying yo figure out how I would ever run for 3 minutes (yes I looked ahead, oops!), and now it isn't so scary. Just think in a few more weeks running for 3 minutes will seem like a breeze!

A month from now and those 3 minutes will seem like nothing as you ease into a lovely 25 minute run... I know it's hard to believe right now but trust the programme, this will really happen 😀👍😀
