Well started week 3 this evening and what a shock to the system running for 3 minutes!! I can actually say that it wasn't that bad I got through. Could never have done that at the beginning already seeing an improvement! Next session on Wednesday. X

Hi. I did Week 2 run 3 yesterday so my next run will be week 3. I’m hoping to do it tomorrow. How many rest days do you normally have between runs?

I've never been a runner or jogger. I don't really like any exercise tbh but I'm getting married in 3 months and want to feel good about myself, plus this weather has made me want to go out and enjoy the evenings. I'm starting to enjoy it and hope that continues. X

Awesome! It's a good feeling! Week 1 I was trying yo figure out how I would ever run for 3 minutes (yes I looked ahead, oops!), and now it isn't so scary. Just think in a few more weeks running for 3 minutes will seem like a breeze!

A month from now and those 3 minutes will seem like nothing as you ease into a lovely 25 minute run... I know it's hard to believe right now but trust the programme, this will really happen 😀👍😀

Thank you. Yes it's hard to believe but was already surprised I could do the 3 minutes!! Back out tomorrow 😊 x
