I have just started week 3, of couch to 5 k, and I'm really enjoying it! I can't believe I can actually do this! Is there else anyone out there who feels the same?

Probably most of us! All still completely astounded that we can do this! Well done for starting and getting so far - you'll be graduating in no time. Any advice or support needed, there's always someone here to provide wisdom or wave pom-poms.

I think most of us feel the same. I've never been a runner, even when I was at school I'm not sure I ever ran the cross country, but now I am a Runner and it's a great feeling to be able to say that.

Well done and keep it up

I think that most people on here thought exactly the same. The hardest part is getting started then it is up to you how far and how fast you want to take it. Well done.

At first I felt really embarrassed running outside, so I picked a quiet time at the gym, and had a go there.

I'm not sure if it's the endorphins, or, is it because I can do it???

I'm sure we all felt like that - I know I definitely did! So glad you're enjoying it. Stick with it and you'll continue to surprise yourself :)

Yes ! The 9 weeks that I spent doing the programme I think will remain with me forever . I had tears of joy, tears of frustration and went through a whole range of emotions , what a fantastic experience it was !

Plus here I am 2 years later , still loving running ! ( Well , most days ha ha :-) )

Long may it continue ! :-) xxx
