Well....after a break since June 12 - life and holidays intervened - I've jumped back in at wk6. A bit of an overlap from where I was but I surprised myself and got round without a stop. The proof of the pudding will be on Thursday when I attempt the long run. I may be a bit ambitious trying to start back here after such a long break. But I do hope not. Really, really determined to get to the end this time....

Just take it really slow. That is quite a long break.

Slow, slow and slower as Oldfloss always says but don't push yourself too hard. If it doesn't feel right then reconsider your start point for the programme. Your grit will see you through to the end of the programme and it doesn't matter one bit how long it takes to get there. Good luck next time out and happy running
