Wk6 R1 - back to nursery

Quick one from me tonight as it's been a long week and my eyes are about to shut.

So, after the thrill of completing my first 20 minute run with no walking, its back to intervals. Feels a bit like having a day at big school, doing really well and then being told to come back to nursery.

I get it, I really do and I know there is a big test at the end of the week. Cant believe I'm so far into this already!

Huge shout out to my wife Snowgdss too. I'm, so, so proud of her. She completed wk4 R1 and then got a horrible chest cold and had to stop. But even after a week off, a really dreadful commute (3hrs to do 18 miles), she got home, got her running gear on and went straight out there to continue her run. So impressed.

And that's all folks. Have a great Friday everybody

Mig

It feels odd doesn't it? But at the end of the week you will be on the block runs only and that is when it all comes together and feels like you are going to big school proper! Wk5r3 is just a taster day to get you excited!! Only 11 runs til graduation! And we all know you can do your homework!!

Yes, W6R1 is a weird one isn’t it, but tends to make sense by the third run. Great that you’ve done it, and applause for Snowgdss too 👏🏻 😁
