A day later then i wanted and o my did i struggle, had to stop for a bit just after the second run due to my head feeling like it was going to go pop, but its done, run 2 on Thursday.

slow down your running sections a little and that should make things easier, speed is not required

Speed was right down more then normal, i don’t think it helped that yesterday i wasn’t feeling good, spent most of yesterday on the sofa with a very dizzy feeling head, and been run ragged at work today.

On the mend sweetie.. four weeks n the IC...first run back...last Sunday :) Slow and steady :)
