Hi everyone!

I'm back to Week 1 of Couch 2 5k after a bit of a break from running (er... 5 years! Where did it go?!)

Looking forward to getting back into it, I live in a much better area these days (well lit park, pretty coastline), and there's a Park Run within walking distance!

First 2 runs have gone pretty well, am a bit fitter than I was last time (despite the run break) and loving the endorphin rush.

Can't wait to re-graduate but will be taking it one run at a time as I don't want to rush it and hurt myself!

Welcome back Misssanticrowd, as you have been off running for 5 years I agree with you that you will have to repeat the program as if it was brand new to you, good luck.

I graduated from C25K last year and this year I have been rerunning some of the runs, as I was running a little during the winter months I am only rerunning some if the runs, not a complete repeat as you will have to do. On Saturday I reran run 3 of week 5, I bet you will be looking forward to that run. πŸƒ 😊

Well done for getting back on. Sounds like you have a great environment for running and fantastic that you'll be able to stroll to your local park run! What made you decide to start running again?

It's one of those things I've had on the back burner for ages, but especially since I moved last year. I've been putting it off, and thought the other day, sod it and just downloaded the app and went out! And I really enjoyed it!
