First run since June. OK, only just over a kilometre but so far my Achilles feels fine and I feel GREAT :)

Great, but be patient. A slow return is much more likely to keep you going, as opposed to pushing up distance and pace too quickly.

Thanks, I've just run 2.5k and I think that was too much (not helped by forgetting to slow down - I was 30sec per km under my C25K pace). I'm thinking I should go back to Week 4 or 5 and follow the programme from there to get back to full fitness.
