Hello Everyone

Well I graduated Couch 2 5k 3 years ago! Did a few park runs, then had to give up running due to a severe pain in my left hip which turned out to be some kind of abscess deep in my pelvis due to an infection from my big toe! Was in hospital for a while and also contracted sepsis.Anyway I'm ok now and decided to try C25k again. Its been so long since I did any running so I've decided to start again from scratch.Im on Week 2 run 3 and so far it's going OK.Will post again on my progress!
