Week 3 is done... running for 3 minutes was hard the first time but it did get easier... although I woke up today with a tough backache and I'm worried... but I'll head to swimming pool today for some relaxing time to see if it helps. I certainly hope so because can't wait to start week 4!!!

Swimming should help you out. Well done on completing week 3 - onwards to week 4.
Well done on doing week 3. Make sure you are nice and rested for W4. Backaches never a good thing, but fingers crossed you'll be fine

I found the backache occurred when I was looking at the ground too much. Try to keep your head up and look forward while running. Also relax your shoulders
Opposite while swimming, try to not do too much breast stroke which can make you arch your back, do some nice relaxed floating at the end too - enjoy.

Stretch, swim, sleep and slow and steady... land lightly and try to relax into the runs
