Well, to my own surprise and after a recovery day, I commenced Wk 4: R1 this evening.
I read an article which was about studying and fitting it in with a busy life and someone said that all you need to do is make it a habit every night, even if it's for just half an hour. That stayed with me in my little pea brain π and I put it to practice this evening.
I really did not want to go out, (I wanted to do it, but had the "couldn't be bothered" attitude), but I came home from work and my mum's and changed, then straight back out.
Can't believe I ran a total of 16 minutes. Absolutely amazing how this podcast works. Amazing!!
