I am sooooooooooooooooooooooo happy right now! My 1st ever jog in my life in the morning and I complete w4, r1. If I'm honest, I was really nervous thinking I wouldn't be able to do the 5min run, I was even trying to talk myself out of it by saying there's nothing wrong with redoing wk4 but I persevered and WOW.. This programme really works, you just have to have faith!

It’s amazing isn’t it?! Keep at it - it really really works! 4 months ago I though run 1 would kill me, I’m happily running for 45 mins now! Very slowly I should add (Japanese slow jogging style), but running, and feel great.
Thanks for the inspiration. I’ve started on this after losing my fitness, no illness just that I started a new job and just got bogged down with it. Have put on weight and feel bad about how I look. Can’t believe 3 yrs ago I could run 10k but am determined to get back to where I was so hoping C25k is the solution!
You can do it! You've done it before you can do it again. Sometimes life gets in the way of us looking after ourselves but you're now back on the running malarkey
I've NEVER run so I'm amazing myself after each run. As everyone in this forum says, follow the programme, it works. Just remember to enjoy it, it's not a race but a lifestyle! x
